External Security Checks
QuestBack is checked by independent third-party experts on a regular basis. All the tests have continually confirmed our high security level and no major breaches have ever been detected.
Privacy Policy
Survey responses stored on our servers are treated highly confidential and can only be accessed by authorized QuestBack personnel. QuestBack adheres to the legal requirements given by the Norwegian Data Inspectorate, an independent administrative body under the Norwegian Ministry of Labour and Government Administration.
Anonymity in Surveys
When anonymity is involved in surveys, no identifiable information such as browser type and version, internet IP address, operating system or e-mail address is stored together with the answers. Responsibility for how the data is treated lies with QuestBack customers. Anonymity does not prevent you from following up the respondent.
Business Continuity Management
QuestBack has an exceptional track record on uptime with an average of 99.8%. In the very unlikely event of failure, QuestBack has an established disaster recovery plan. Our production environment is set up with redundancy to provide high availability in the case of failures and to be able to handle high peaks of traffic.
Anti-Spam Policy
QuestBack follows a strict anti-spam policy. An anti-spam clause is a fundamental part of all our customers’ contracts. In addition, all QuestBack surveys can be sent out with an opt-out clause for the participants.
